2.2 Product Return and Cancellation
- Physical products may be returned within 3 days of the original purchase if they are in new and unused condition.

- If customers cancel their service within 24 hours of the initial purchase, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the unused portion of the service.
- Custom services or projects that have been initiated cannot be refunded. However, if work has not commenced, a partial refund may be considered.
